Russian; commonly anglicizedeg. I went to the store but it was closed because they were remonting. I need to go get my shoes remonted - the heel is coming off.

детдомский (det-DOM-ski): - noun of adjectival origin referring to children brought up in soviet-style children's homes.  Residents may be orphans, wards of state, or in temporary government care.   
Russian; often used in derogatory way by said children when referring to self or peers.  General implication being "a poorly brought up misfit."

родная (rod-NAI-ya): - belonging to something/someone, related.  In the orphan world, the opposite of detdomskii.
